Vanilla sounds conflict with mods & Audio engine errors (48000hz)

One of last updates broke 48000hz encoding for audio files
And certain vanilla sounds use it, which dont cause issues on itself
But if a mod adds its own 48000hz sound, it leads to:
1. vanilla audio breaks and do white noise instead
2. crashes game with SharpDX.XAudio2 error
Attached list with that sounds (not include XWM's)
Some 3D sounds are Stereo instead of mono
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a 48hz mod sound playing
2. Play one of this vanilla sounds (effectivily all vanilla weapons)
