To help us better understand what might be causing this, could you please share a bit more information about the situation?
Does this happen in a single player (SP) world, or when joining a lobby or multiplayer server?
If it occurs on a lobby or server, could you ask the lobby host or server admin to remove your character from the Admin Screen (Alt+F10) by going to Entity List > Characters and deleting your character from the list? After that, please try joining the lobby/server again and see if the issue still occurs.
If the issue happens in single player, is the world modded (with active MODs)? If so, could you try starting a new fresh vanilla (unmodded) world and check whether the issue appears there as well? If it does not occur in a vanilla world, the issue may be related to one of the MODs.
However, if the issue still occurs in a vanilla single player world or after rejoining the lobby/server, please send us the log file from the time the issue occurred. If possible, a screen recording/video would also be very helpful ideally showing the moment you start the single player world or join the lobby/server up until the issue happens.
This information will help us investigate the issue further.
