Cannot upload a PB script to the WS
I just made a PB script and I am trying to upload to the WS. I keep getting an error telling me "Steam: Error accessing service."
I have looked at threads here on the support site, but none of the things they say to try fix the issue. I have then tried to upload a BP to the WS as well, and get the same error, so it is not limited to Scripts. When I look at my Workshop page for steam I see many failed uploads there. Basically, WS items that point to nothing. I have deleted all the failed uploads and tried again as suggested by someone on a user help site, but this did not fix the issue either. I have tried this with both cloud enabled, and cloud disabled. The only thing I can think of is limited space on the server. Have I reached some space limitations on the Workshop?

As a test I just tried to enable the cloud and save these. This fails, but in a different way. When I save them to my cloud space it uploads, and I can then access them and past back into the game, but their names are things like "Script_0", and I am unable to rename it. The UI is reporting cloud space used at 328/381, so I know this is not due to my cloud space being full. I am just unable to rename things in the cloud.
