Airtightness Bug with Hangar Doors
I have a reoccurring problem with large rooms losing pressure even though it should be airtight (Yes, it is actually air tight).
Trigger: Connecting one grid to another via magnets or landing gear
Outcome: Vent indicators show yellow and say they are not air tight
Conditions:
-Dedicated server
-Has happened with both Large Stations and Ships
-Only happens with Hangar doors
-Connecting via magnet (especially if hangar door is open)
Workaround: Sometimes grinding down all of the hangar doors and vents will resolve the issue, but it's insanely annoying
To reproduce: Start a game in a dedicated server. Create 2 massive rooms that are individually air tight. Create an airlock with two offset doors between the rooms. One of the rooms must have 4 or more hangar doors that go outside. Pressurize both room, then open the hangar doors. Now connect another grid (likely small) via magnets or landing gear. This should result in a pressure loss in the room without hangar doors.
I have the same bug
Hello Engineer,
Thank you for reaching our forum with this problem.
Can you please share us the affected grid(s) and/or the safe file, where the grids are already in place and the problem can be reproduce with them?
For saves:
You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
For blueprints:
You can access your blueprints files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Blueprints. Select the correct folder where your blueprint is saved (local or cloud), zip the file and attach it here.
Please also share us full steps to reproduce or video showing your actions before the issue triggers.
Thank you in advance.
Kind regards,
