Recharge Station Inaccurate Popup (1.208.015 b0 default)

Summary:
The Recharge Station displays "Hold F to recharge and heal" as a popup message when the player looks at it. However, the Recharge Station is not capable of healing the player and will only recharge suit power.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place and construct Recharge Station. Connect it to power, oxygen, and hydrogen.
- Construct or deconstruct blocks until suit power is below maximum.
- Reduce health below maximum by your preferred method.
- Look at the panel of the Recharge Station, such that it is highlighted.
- Note that a message "Hold F to recharge and heal" appears below the crosshairs. Precise wording may vary depending on the local control schema and keybindings.
- Hold F (or the currently bound interact key) while looking at the panel of the Recharge Station.
- Note that suit power increases.
- Note that health does not increase
Proposed solution:
Modify the message to display "Hold F to recharge" (substituting the currently bound interact key).
Alternate solution:
Modify the Recharge Station to also heal.
