Ship says someone else is using this ship after pasting in
Investigating
I paste in my ships (Or spawn them with quantum hangar) and when i get in it says someone else is using this ship, it goes away after a repaste, but is very annoying with quantum hangar installed
I have the same bug
Hello Engineer,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum regarding this issue.
It appears that Quantum Hangar is a MOD and not part of the vanilla game. With mods that manage grid storage and spawning, it’s possible to encounter unexpected behavior, such as ownership or control states not being updated correctly after a grid is spawned.
Since the issue seems to occur only when Quantum Hangar MOD is active, we recommend trying to reproduce the behavior in a vanilla (unmodded) world/server without this MOD and checking whether the issue still occurs. If the issue does not occur in an unmodded world/server, it’s very likely that this MOD, or another active MOD on the world/server, is the cause.
Please note that we don't provide support for MOD-related issues. It’s the MOD creator’s responsibility to maintain and update their MOD to ensure compatibility with the latest game version, so we recommend reaching out to the MOD author on MOD's Steam Workshop page.
However, if the issue still occurs in a vanilla or unmodded world/server, please send us a screen recording/video showing the issue, along with the log file from the time this issue occurred, and the world/server save from that vanilla/unmodded session. This will allow us to investigate the issue further.
Kind Regards,
