Trigger issues with Xbox controller on steam

Issue is my triggers don’t work for tool activation but works for interface menus, I’ve went through all recommended fixes and had no success I’ve found that when disabling all dlc packs the controller works as intended I’m still trying to narrow down which dlc is causing the issue but with all dlc triggers don’t work as intended but with none I get full function of triggers
I have the same bug
It seems redownloading dlc has fixed the issue for me I’ve seen a lot of people having the same issue with none of the fixes working for me so maybe this is another fix but the issue is resolved for now
