Dev menu was strippped of many useful things

This is about the Dev menu that is only accessible with the profiler build of the game (ModSDK/Bin64_Profile).
It used to have many useful things for configuring SBC data in realtime, like aligning hand items which is a nightmare to do in SBC, planet atmosphere which is barely documented and often doesn't make sense, and many other things.
It's one step forward for the search and a train-impact-amout-of-steps backwards.
Please restore all the configuration screens that were removed from that screen :(
