Investigating

In arcade mode sound on Alien after switching to 3rd person you can't hear your weapon firing.

In realistic mode it's fine.

Got my sounds settings at 20% and music at 0%

Hello Engineer,

Thank you for reaching our forum with this problem.

We tested the sound behavior on our side, and everything seemed to work as expected so far.

To help us investigate this issue further, please kindly provide more information from your side - that would be very helpful in narrowing down what exactly is causing this.

Are you using any mods in that world? If possible, please try the same actions in a brand-new vanilla (no mods) world and see if the problems happen there as well. This would really help us understand whether it’s mod-related or if something else is going on. If this problem happens in vanilla world for you as well, please share with us the affected world and, if possible, steps to reproduce the issue.

- You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.

- Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.

Thank you in advance.

There is another bug when you can only hear with your back

Actually I fixed it by turning off this in windows 11 settings. I haven't encountered similar problems in other games.

For now it's fine. But if I turn on sound enhancement, it breaks again
