Planets are freezing my computer (oops wrong game ignore this report)

I keep getting freezes when on planets using low graphics the game has become unplayable because of this bug it also happens when I fly around off of mountains in a small size ship at high speeds. I started noticing the bug when I welded a ship together it got worse as I played the game the freeze would get longer and longer now it won’t run it just freezes every minute or when something big is being loaded. I REPORTED TO THE WRONG GAME THIS POST WAS FOR SE 2 BUT I MADE A MISTAKE SO JUST GO TO SE2 BUG PAGE INSTEAD OF THIS ONE.
