[207] Using Shift+WASDQE as block rotation prevents movement with sprint

I have shift+WASDQE as secondary binds for rotating block.


When freshly launching the game and loading into any world, if I hold shift while moving as character or as spectator, it simply stops me (because it thinks I'm rotating blocks, but I don't have a block equipped).


If I then equip any block then unequip it, I can move normally with shift too.


This was a problem since 206 and I already reported it but it was merged and that merged topic was marked solved, but I re-tested it in 207 and this particular bug is still a problem.
