activation of the front motor group for braking
Investigating
On the panel in the cockpit, I installed a switch for the front engine group. He had to turn them on or off so as not to slow down the ship when flying over the planet. However, when I try to activate this group for braking, the engines do not turn on and the others stop working. At the same time, the terminal displays that they are enabled.

I have the same bug
I tried to add an engine power button to the panel, but it didn't work. The problem is solved only by re-entering the cabin.

the grid started working after the restart of the world

I noticed one interesting detail. Every time I turn on a group of engines, the nozzles of the other engines stop working for a moment.

Hello Eduard,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum.
If we’re understanding correctly, the issue was resolved after restarting the world, right? Could you please confirm whether it remains fixed permanently, or if you need to restart the world each time the issue occurs? Also, does the issue stay resolved after you reload the world or restart the game again?
Regarding your second point, where the nozzles of other engines stop working for a moment when you turn on a group of engines, this could be related to a limited power supply. Please make sure there’s enough available power to run all the engines. If power is sufficient, are the engine blocks modded (does the world have active MODs)? If so, make a blueprint of the affected grid, then paste it into a new/unmodded world and check if the issue still occurs there.
If the issue persists, please share a screen recording/video showing the issue, along with the unmodded world save where it happens.
Kind Regards,
Keen Software House: QA Department

The problem occurs infrequently, but at the wrong moment. And, as I understand it, it occurs mostly when I have just built a new ship.

Hello Eduard,
Thank you very much for the additional details! We really appreciate you taking the time to test and share your observations.
Unfortunately, to properly investigate this kind of issue, we do need either a world save or at least a video showing the problem as it happens. Without one of these, it’s very hard for us to reproduce the exact situation on our end, especially since the issue seems to occur inconsistently.
If possible, please record a short clip or share your save file right after the problem occurs — that will help us analyze what’s going on with the engines and find a more concrete solution.
Kind Regards,

A world where there was a mistake.
I'm checking the buildings in it.
The world was created as a survival, but I check the buildings as an administrator.
The video is attached to the main message.
The error is corrected (the engines start working) when re-entering the cabin.
The ship stops experiencing the error after re-entering the world.

This happens with adequate nutrition.
The scale does not turn red, and you can notice the shutdown by blinking the animation.
At the same time, even the ship sinks a little.
