Space Engineers Online Wont Work

Hello, Keen Support
Whenever I try to play an online game of Space Engineers with my friends it always kicks me and says "you have been kicked from this server". This has been a recurring issue since the day I have had this game. I am able to play single player just fine but it seems like it is only preventing me from playing multiplayer. I hope you could give me some advice on how to fix this issue.

Does this issue occur when joining a particular server only or with any server? If you're unsure, please try joining another server, such as one of Keen’s Official Servers, and check if the issue persists.
If the issue happens only on a specific server, it’s possible that you have been banned there. Some servers also automatically ban inactive players after a certain period.
If you’re getting the same issue when joining any server, please send us the log file from the time the issue occurred so we can investigate this further.
