Wheel suspensions not printing when ownership is enemy
Investigating
A friend and I were trying to create a AI enemy rover that can print smaller rover drones however we have found that welders refuse to weld projected wheel suspensions when the ownership is set to any enemy faction whether it be space pirates, factorium, or another player created faction we are at war with. However the wheels will print just fine if ownership of the entire printer grid is set our own faction. We have also tried saving the blueprint of the projected grid to the same enemy faction but the results are the same.

We attempted to replicate the issue on our side but were not able to reproduce it.
Could you please share some additional details? For example, was the world modded (with active MODs)? If so, please try removing the MODs or starting a fresh vanilla (unmodded) world to see if the issue still occurs.
If the issue also appears in a vanilla world, we kindly ask you to provide a screen recording/video showing the issue, along with the world save of the affected vanilla world, so we can investigate further.

After further testing on our end we determined that the issue is confined to DLC wheels (Offroad wheel suspension) the problem does not occur with normal vanilla wheels, they will print just fine.
