Europa didn't have an atmosphere?
Without one what weather do you expect really?
When I did a mod recently I recall there being no set weather settings for the planet in the OG .sbc file.
Before Survival update there was constant heavy snow and fog with occasional clear sky.

Please be aware that this change is by design from v207. Europa no longer has weather.
Since there is nothing broken with this, I will close this thread now.
