Gatling Turret not targeting SPRT

Hello.
We had an engagement with a SPRT station and 2 drones.
After a bit back and forth the station was disabled, but and the 2 drones disarmed, and so we brought in a transport ship to finish the drones.
It was all up for targeting one of the drones, but refused to target the 2nd.
I checked the turret settings, ammo, etc, and all seemed to be fine. But it refused to target.
I tried cycling subsystems, telling the turrets to focus locked target etc, but they still refused.
I also checked ownership settings, but found no errors there either.

Please let me know if this is user error in any way.
