Blueprint from My steam Workshop does not appear in game blueprint list

This is a blueprint i created some time ago.
This does not appear on my blueprint list despite being subscribed to.
Another acoining grid blueprinted seperately at around the same time however does appear and will paste in. (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=543702671) Hence believing this is a KSH bug rather than being a steam issue.
This is a very large grid. My efforts were brought to a stopat the time by hardware limitations.
