Welder cant reach angled projected Half block on Rotor

Steps to reproduce:
1. Build a Projector on top of a Rotor and load the attached blueprint (projector_half_block_welding_issue_on_angled_rotor__blueprint.zip)
2. Turn the Projector using the Rotor at an angle, except for 90°, 180°, 270° or 360° angles (e.g. the image shows a 45° angle)
3. Now the Welder cannot weld the Half block
