Trade stations LCD leaderboards

To create more immersion and natural meeting point around trades stations set up a few LCD with different types of leaderboards unique too that NPC faction.
Leaderboards suggestions:
Players with the overall best reputation with that NPC-faction.
Number of missions (by category) completed in the last 48h.
