[1.207.020 b0 default] Grinder wont push/pull

Grinder won't push items from it's inventory. I started a new world without any mods, in the video, you can see that the grinder is set to auto push/pull, components can be moved freely from the grinder to the cockpit, but only manually moving works. Also tested with conveyor sorters and the sorters seem unable to pull from the grinder.
Additionally, welder can pull things from connected cargo, but then also seem it cant push either.
I have the same bug Access denied
Note: The end of the video I missed the inventory when trying to move it back, but you can see it would have worked b/c the inventory wasn't greyed out haha-

I have the same bug with an existing world. Items can be moved freely but sorters did not move items around. I also tested with Isy's inventory manglement script and it did not recognize the items in the grinder either. I was forced to manually move items to empty them.
When the grinder was full it dropped components on the ground instead of moving them to one of multiple connected cargo blocks.
