207 Dedicated Server odd messages on first download of mod

When running a dedicated server that has to download mods, odd text appears about Install or Staging Library Not Found. These messages only appear on the console, and are not in the logs. No apparent impact, but certainly odd

Thank you for your patience. It has been some time since this issue was originally reported, and several game updates have been released since then.
At the time, we were unable to reliably reproduce the issue on our side. To ensure the issue hasn’t already been resolved in one of the recent patches, could you please update the game to the latest version (1.208) and check if the issue still occurs?
If the issue persists, please share any additional details you may have. This will help us re-investigate the report and move it forward.
