Local-grid align placement
Reported
When using local grid align placement to place the next armored block into the ground it looks good and welds up seamlessly, but will not transfer power, so it is not touching the previous block.
if you walk backwards and place crosshair on previous block and then place block there is no issue with power transfer, but if walking forward and the block goes into place and you continue on there will be issues.
Drilling tunnels in a straight line and forward placing blocks using local grid align placement is the best way to do it and stay straight.
This was repeated multiple times and tested with interior lights on the blocks. This was also done with and without mods. PC.

Same issue.
Happens with all blocks local grid only connects to an existing grid just if I look at the face of the grid I want it to connect.
Otherwise the block is placed "relative" in the local grid space but its not getting connected.
And can confirm this issue is happening for 2 more players besides me. The issue happens on both single player and public servers.
