unable to join hosted games and unable for players to join my hosted games

i join a game and it loads mods (if any) then loads to 100% and sits there forever not sure whats happneing help
ive tried restarting pc, deleting cfg file, deleting shadercache, i tried steam region, my mtu is 1500 not 1400, any save file any senario
I have the same bug
