Dedicated server not in list

Hi my dedicated server is not in the list. I've tried a lot of troubleshooting including port forwarding firewall adjustments Internet setting adjustments. I've tried a lot. Nothing worked. I can get it to show in the LAN tab but that's it. I can get the EOS version joinable not the steam version. I can't invite anybody to it either. It's just on my on my LAN network apparently. Any advice or help would be nice. Thanks.
