Help me, convert to ship button and convert to station Button not showing both

Hello, I've tried everything, and even Google and AI aren't helping. I can't convert my grid (ship) into a ship or vice versa. The buttons are not highlighted. Convert to ship button and convert to station Button not showing both. Can anyone help me? I'm a beginner. Screenshot below.

I am not part of Keen.
"Convert to ship" is disable because it is already a ship. It looks like this is a small-grid ship and those cannot be changed to a station.
