Cannot Connecto to Multiplayer game

Trying to join friends world on multiplayer and game will not load. Tried on random multiplayer game with same issue.
Lets me connect, downloaded the mods, then gets stuck on 100% loading.
Friend sees that i connect but ping never goes above 0
Cache has been cleared, game has been fresh installed on new drives,
I have the same bug
