Newsletter DLC not working after sign-up

Hey KeenSWH,

I signed up for the newsletter some time ago, and initially I had the DLC cockpit that was a reward for doing so accessible to me, however I've noticed that recently I cannot use this cockpit anymore and my game seems to think I haven't signed up for the newsletter anymore. Any attempts at entering my email into the in-game form to sign up for the newsletter results in not receiving any confirmation email, nor any email or indication of it being processed at all.

Can you please help me figure this out? I can provide any details you might need that would help.

Hello Engineer,

Thank you for writing to us, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you’re experiencing.

Could you please try deleting the game’s configuration (.cfg) file (please note that this will also reset your game settings)?

  • You can access this file by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers. Once there, please locate the "SpaceEngineers.cfg." file and delete it.

Afterward, re-launch the game and re-subscribe to the newsletter. You should then be able to see and use the flush cockpit without any issues.
