Charater moving up and down on its own
Good afternoon or morning!
This bug started after I restarted the dedicated server the other evening, Normal shutdown, after receiving some slow Sim speeds from the Dedicated server I am hosting.. Server is on Windows 11 professional, it is hosted under a VM with 16 cores, I recently decreased the core count to 4 cores to see if that would change anything. Unfortunately it did not... Still having the bug where my engineer will be moving up randomly and then shoot downwards. Not sure if this is a serverside issue or a client issue but I have the ability to troubleshoot both. Server is hosted on an NVME and the guest OS has 8gb of ram.. I tried moving the Dedicated server to tourch to see if somehow that would fix the issue it did not. Attached is a video of the issue, and the save file.
I just started getting this bug a few hours ago, I've tried removing all mods, and restarting the dedicated server.
Thanks in advance!
I have the same bug

Hello Sean,
Thank you for reaching our forum with this problem.
We have tried loading up the provided server world and spent some time moving around the grids (including the one shown in your video), but we were not able to observe the same behavior with our character.
First, could you please confirm whether you are still experiencing this issue after the recent hotfixes and updates?
If the problem persists, please try running the dedicated server locally on your physical machine rather than inside a virtual environment. This will help us rule out any potential issues related to virtualization or resource allocation.
Does this problem occur randomly across different areas, or does it happen near specific grids or structures?
Finally, could you please share both the client log and the server log from a session where the issue occurred? These will help us identify if any network or simulation inconsistencies are happening between the server and client.
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
Same for the server logs (the usual way), just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated.
Thank you in advance.
Kind regards,
Keen Software House
