Won't Fix

Hello!

I just want to report a bug where safezone grid filters aren't working as they should.

For example if you whitelist a single grid, any other grids can still enter the safezone ignoring the filters in the settings.

Hello Engineer,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum.

We’ve attempted to reproduce the issue on our end but haven’t been able to observe the same behavior.

Could you please provide more details?

Was the Safe Zone created using Safe Zone block, or was it created through the Admin Screen > Safe Zones?

Was it active at the time of the issue, or in idle mode?

Did the issue occur in single-player, a multiplayer lobby, or on a dedicated server?

Was the world/server using any MODs? If so, please try removing all MODs temporarily, or create a blueprint of your grid and paste it into a clean, unmodded (vanilla) world/server. Check if the issue still occurs.

If the issue happens in vanilla as well, please send us a screen recording/video showing the issue, the log file from the time it occurred, and if you're in a single-player world or are the host of the lobby/Dedicated Server, the affected vanilla (unmodded) world or server save file as well.

  • You can access your single player world & Lobby (if you are the host) save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves. The Dedicated Server save files can be found in the AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated\Saves folder.
  • Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching save files or videos, you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
  • You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers. The Dedicated Server log files can be found in the AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated folder.

Kind regards,
