Learning to Survive Prate Commander not spawning with gattling, rockets or printing drones in combat

When you approach the argentavis it doesn't shoot you or your ship and when checking why, it only has interior turret ammo. No drones spawn either. I see in the discord it's existed for years.
I have the same bug Access denied
