Set angle option bugged
I wanted a reset option for Custom Turrets to return to resting positions (0 Degrees Horiz. and Vert.) so I had an AI Defensive block trigger a timer when it no longer detected enemy grids. The timer would rotate all rotors (grouped) to 0 degrees (auto direction) and all hinges (grouped) to 0 degrees. The timer also turned "AI Enabled" off all all Custom Turret controllers as that seemingly prevented the reset.
The problem is that when the timer is triggered it seems to set the max or min angle of the rotors and hinges to 0 degrees instead of just rotating to 0 degrees as intended. It seems to set either the min. or max. value based on the direction the auto function picks. The custom turret rotors and hinges require manual resetting after this to allow unlimited movement again.
Hello Luke,
Thank you for your detailed report.
To help us investigate the issue you’ve described, could you please share a blueprint of the grid where this happens?
You can upload the blueprint to the Workshop as hidden — we’ll still be able to access it from our side.
