[206.030 b1 default] AI Blocks with different ownership can be used to turn off other AI Blocks
Investigating
Put a flight block on a grid owned by someone else. Enable your flight block, it will disable their flight block. Same for the other AI blocks that cannot have 2 on at the same time.
