[206.030 b1 default] Unowned AI Offensive and Defensive Blocks can direct Owned AI Flight Move Block

Capture a cargo ship, hack its AI Flight block into your ownership. Then nuetral or enemy AI Offensive, Defensive and Task blocks can direct the flight block that is now different ownership to do what they command.
Expected behavior would be that they can no longer give commands to the AI Flight block since there is an ownership conflict.
