DLC news problem

I bought all the DLC updates for the game, but there is one thing, but in the photo there is a flat cabin that is not available, why is that? It says DLC news, is this a new type of diesel that will be released or the one I bought in contact and the latest DLC, if this is one of the cabins, then why is it not working in the game?

thank you for reaching our forum with this problem.
The "Flush Cockpit" that you are speaking about is in fact not a DLC block, but bonus block for subscribing to our newsletter.
You can find the button in the Main menu on right side. After clicking on it, this screen will pop-up for you (see image).
After you fill it in and sent, the Flush Cockpit block should be unlocked for you in the game immediately.
If not, please try to restart the game, your Steam, verify the game data and try it again.
Let me know if this works for you and after following the steps, the Flush Cockpit is unlocked for you in the game.
