Station Converts to Ship Upon Deleting Block

Just as the title says, im having an issue where my "garage" station keeps becoming a ship. Its built out of the original easy start space platform. Now, with the latest update, every time a delete a block (not add, only delete) from the station, it becomes a ship and breaks out of the asteroid its initially attached to with a small explosion and goes spiraling into space. Ive replicated it every single time ive tried since the new update.

It does not happen with a new world or platform, so my initial thought is that it is an issue with any old world that is converted upon loading to the new update.

I have same bug, and I also have a world that I can replicate this bug with 100% chance.

the station becomes a ship only after the bloks collide, and has nothing to do with merging/unmerging.

I used the lone survivor station as my base

Also happened when placing block after reconverting back to station if that helps.

This happened to me in the Learning to Survive Scenario, extending and expanding the starting platform. It also happened in a newly started Learning to Survive scenario building a brand new base on a new asteroid 2000km from the starting platform.

Still got this issue

Here's the file https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2012530075

Happened initially, removed the large grid ship which was attached and being built and it started working properly again. Now it no longer works after developing the station a bit. Here's a video of the first time https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRgB5haP9zA
