Can't see friend's server in "Join Game" panel

The only way for me to get into the server is for my friend to send two invites over Steam chat, back-to-back. We've been playing it every Friday for months, but a few weeks ago it stopped showing up in all the Join Game tabs. It's not in History, Friends, or any of the other options. The need for a double invite is also weird, obviously. Not sure if the problem is on Keen's or Steam's end but figured I'd start here since Keen devs actually respond to bug reports from time to time.

Thought to try the reverse today and my friend had the exact same behaviour trying to join my server.
A second, mutual friend can see friend #1's server in the join panel without any issues. May not be relevant, but friend #1 and I are Steam Family while friend #2 is not.

I also cannot see friend #2's server. However, friend #1 can see it. Looking like the problem is directly related to my account, somehow.

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum.
Could you please check if you have changed any options under Join Game > Advanced Settings? Filters set here may prevent certain servers from appearing in the list. To reset them, go to Join Game > Advanced Settings and click the Default button. Then exit the screen and see if you can find your friend's server.
