Dedicated Server Log Spam - Warning: MyTargetLockingComponent Update, LocalHumanPlayer null

After applying 1.206.030 to the two Dedicated Servers I run, I am now getting the following log spam on both servers: "Warning: MyTargetLockingComponent Update, LocalHumanPlayer null"
I have the same bug Access denied

This issue is supposed to be fixed in version 206.030.b2. (please note that this version was released only for the Dedicated Server, not the client)
Could you try to reproduce the issue using that version and let us know if it still occurs?
