Hello Richard,

Thank you for reaching out on our forum.

Could you please provide more details about the issue you're experiencing?

Does the world or server where this issue occurs contain any active MODs or modded blocks (such as a custom hinge)? If so, we kindly recommend temporarily removing those MODs (and any associated modded blocks from the grid), or creating a new unmodded (vanilla) world or server to check whether the issue still persists.

If the issue does not occur in the vanilla world or server, it's likely caused by one or more of the active MODs or modded blocks. Please note that we do not provide support for MOD-related issues, as it is the responsibility of the MOD creators to ensure compatibility with the latest version of the game.

However, if the issue still occurs in an unmodded (vanilla) world or server, could you please share a screen recording/video showing the issue, the save file of the unmodded (vanilla) world/server, or the blueprint of the affected grid, and the log files from the time the issue occurred.

  • You can access your single player world save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves. The Dedicated Server save files can be found in the AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated\Saves folder.
  • Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching save files or screen recording/videos, you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
  • You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers. The Dedicated Server log files can be found in the AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated folder.
  • You can access your blueprints files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Blueprints. Select the correct folder where your blueprint is saved (local or cloud), zip the file and attach it here.

Kind Regards,
