When you add alternate controls, the game does not respect modifiers and inputs the command twice.
For example: bind NUM1 to Toolbar Item 1, and Ctrl+NUM1 to ToolPage1; pressing Ctrl+NUM1 both activates the item currently in slot 1 AND switches to toolbar 1.
This appears to be new behaviour/bug introduced in fieldwork update.
Expected behaviour is pressing a modifier key excludes all other actions that do not require the modifier to be pressed.
I have the same bug
its shocking to think its 2025 and the player cant even configure their own keybinds how to play the game and HAS to use HARDCODED in game keys at all.

I use ALT+WASD for block rotation and have the same problem. Cannot use ALT to look around while jetpacking, driving, or flying. *Until* I equip a block and rotate it. Then I can unequip and ALT+WASDQE will work again to allow me to look around while operating a jetpack, rover, and aircraft.

Another issue with rotation inputs is when you paste a grid it keeps them enabled so shift+movement no longer works and requires me to equip and unequip a block again.
