Since the Fieldwork update, a Mars sandstorm will work normally, but once it ends, rather than smoothly transition from sandstorm weather to clear weather, the weather will change over one frame.
You trigger the bug just by waiting for the weather to change.

I did notice this, i was on a planet, it started to snow, instantly ended. I was happy tho, i hate too much weather.

This happens on Mars as well, sandstorms will end abruptly - like instantly. Very jarring.

After some testing, for me this issue happens on every planet with every weather effect.
