Hello! Can you help me plz. I have some strange freeze each 4 minutes and according to .log file it's "2025-04-07 01:24:19.069 - Thread: 1 -> Sending event to ElasticSearch: Heartbeat"

And i can't find any information about turning it off

The “Sending event to ElasticSearch: Heartbeat” log message is part of our internal telemetry and analytics system, and under normal circumstances, it should not cause any noticeable performance impact.

That said, freezes every 4 minutes definitely shouldn’t be happening. To help us investigate further, could you please provide a bit more information:

Are you playing in single player, in Lobby multiplayer, or on a dedicated server?

Does this happen in all worlds, or only in some specific?

Are you using any mods or scripts? If so, could you try disabling them temporarily to see if the issue persists?

Are you experiencing this problem also right after the start of non-modded new world?

First, we recommend trying our general troubleshooting steps, which can help resolve many unexpected issues.

  • Verify your game files in Steam - right-click on Space Engineers in Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify Integrity of Game Files
  • Delete SpaceEngineers.cfg file (it means your game configuration will be deleted) - you can access your SpaceEngineers.cfg by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
  • Delete ShaderCache folder - same access as above
  • Back up your whole Space Engineers Roaming folder and delete it
  • Restart Steam
  • Reinstall VC Redist 2017
  • Update graphic drivers
  • Reinstall the game
  • Make sure your operating system is fully updated

If the problem continues after trying these steps, please send us a full game log and let us know whether anything specific happens right before the freeze. It would be also great if you can catch the problem on video and share that as well.
