IMyGps.DiscardAt is ignored

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a GPS using MyAPIGateway.Session.GPS.Create()
2. Set this GPS's DiscardAt property to anything.
3. Read the GPS's DiscardAt property after using AddGps() and see that it's set to 3 minutes into the future regardless of what you set DiscardAt to.
