Event Controller to monitor Rotor Angle is unreliable
Reported
Using an Event Controller to monitor the angle of a rotor can be unreliable if the rotor switches between negative and positive angle measurements (I.e. 270 vs -90), and there does not appear to be a way to dictate which it will use at any given time. Having it use a normalized value for both sides of its comparison would alleviate the issues.

Added note that I have since observed this behavior on hinges which have hard coded range of -90 min and 90 max as well. Hinge sometimes reports position as a positive value between 270 and 360 when it should be between -90 and 0.
