Unable to play star system on gportal servers scenario loads but unable to load after having saved data. Is it possible to contact them for help also on ps5

I haven't been able to play to much the way I was wanting. Star system scenario doesn't work once you change it the the game name after creating new game. Can I just get the server shutdown and get a credit for time left. For another game at some point

Did you stop the server, apply the changes, save the changes, start the server, and then wait about 15 minutes before testing the server?

You can't apply changes first of all you can save that's it. No other scenario requires a wait of 15 mins

Hello,


I checked the hardware the server is located on, and I did see that the hardware is inquiring about an update, I have started it the update, when it is finished the hardware will need to be restarted (restart takes about 20-25 minutes.) if you see the server go offline you know why.


Until then, I have refreshed the connection between the server and the hardware, Please allow 5-7 minutes for the changes to take full effect, then give it another try.

I've taken measures to rectify the issue by making adjustments to the server's hardware and restarting it. Please give it 20-25 minutes to fully reset, then give it another try. Thank you for your patience.

to confirm you added the mods correctly?


As some mods that work on single player do not work with teh server?


mods can also cause the server not to show or crash upon start.


Are you able to find it with the IP And port: 207.244.244.70:28800

I mean if I play coop server on ps5 I don't add them i select them and there loaded before I start. Then I join or create game and they load and tell me if one hasn't loaded correctly or if there was a error. I'll post again after trying different save

I change world name, scenario and world to lonesurvivor didnt change mods or any other settings i saved i turned the server on. I restarted and I found game typed in password found the game and am now loading in. So idk what going on with star system only time it is visible is during the create new save

Not with the one save I've been playing on except a little fps drop during combat. This issue is me trying to switch to star system it will not show after stop server and switch to appropriate game save not visible at all also all mods have no name in system config. Also mods are not present

Yes it was i tried a different save file called awholenewworld it has save data. Scenario star system. It allowed me to save i started the server with no mod. I let it run i restarted since that's been what works. I'm now looking for the server but I do not see it

Hello,


You are able to switch/get a fresh server free of charge at any time by:


Click the "My Servers" tab

Click the "Red Trash Can Icon" this deletes the server

Click the "Add Server" button on the gamecloud

Select the Server

Select the Slot Size

Confirm

Once done name the server while it is offline and then save and restart and try to connect, please?

Now that you can connect, turn it offline and make a bakcups on the backups tab so you have a restore point just incase.


Please test each setting being changed and please dop not add mods yet, adjust your settings then test the server please?

hello,


A corrupted save can happen if the server does not save correctly or if something in game messed with the save like mods.


there is not a way top restore a corrupted save on our end.


You can make backups on the backups tab for the server to help restore saves or have a restore point just in case
