legacy spawning antennas no longer work on planets with atmosphere

Greetings and thanks for your time.
legacy spawning antennas work on the moon but not on earth.
Str....
1 start new game earth planet.
2 press alt 10 & enable creative mode tools.
3 Place a large battery and a large antenna together.
4 rename the antenna "Headquarters" without the quotes.
5 give the antenna and battery over to spacepirates faction.
6 antenna will not work here but repeat steps on moon start and it works just fine.

We attempted to replicate this issue on our end but were unable to reproduce the same behavior. Since there have been several game updates since this thread was posted, could you please check if the issue still occurs in the latest version of the game (v1.206.032)?
To confirm this, please make sure that no Plugins are active in the game. Then launch the game and create a new vanilla (unmodded) 'Star System' world. Try spawning on the Moon and Earth-like planets and see if the issue persists.
If the issue still occurs, please send us a screen recording/video showing the issue, along with the steps to reproduce it (if different from what you previously described), as well as the game log file from the time this issue occurred.
