Game keeps stopping, objetcs like trees and rocks load too late/close to the player

My GPU clock keeps dropping when moving around a planet quickly using the jetpack. Additionally, certain objects load too close to the players viewpoint when they should load further away.
It happens in a few games, but SE is the worst when it comes to freezing the PC. The game never crashes though, only temporarily stops responding and the Window says not Responding but then it carries on fine. It happens when loading something new, like a big station or part of planet.

Thanks for your report! Based on your description, it’s worth noting that the Extreme setting is not intended for general gameplay but rather for video capturing and specific in-house actions. The recommended settings for regular play are Low, Medium, and High.
Could you check if the same issue occurs when using any of the other settings except Extreme? If yes, please send us a game log from a session where you experience these problems. This will help us analyze the issue further.
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
