blue prints

hello,
I have been trying to figure out this bug, before contact came out i could make blueprints no problem. I get a new computer and contact comes out and now i cant make a blue print. CTRL+B opens the blue print screen but not saved. I went back to my old computer and when contact was added the blue print feature stopped working on that computer. the new computer i uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still nothing has change any help would be greatly appreciated

Additionally, we would appreciate if you could provide the log file from the game session where you encountered this issue. This will help us analyze the problem more effectively.
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

Good morning, to answer your questions. 1. Both computers were able make blue prints before contacts update. The new pc got contacts update and using the short cut command or going into the pb menu can’t create the bp. The old computer updated when it was turned on and could not make an bp in the same fashion, but the old computer had been able to before for years (it’s 8 or 9 years old) with no problem. 2. Nothing has changed as far as the issue, the new pc( it’s a year old now), I have uninstalled and reinstalled SE, physicaly deleted all bp via the menus, when into the physical location and deleted all the bp, tried to make a bp on a multiplayer game (still did not work) had a friend on a multiplayer game make a bp of my grid ( that worked), made a saved game available on the work shop but still can’t do a bp from it. The older pc it got the contacts update and that is all the changes that was done to it. 3. The new pc did not have any isssues before contacts update
4. I have not tried turning cloud off yet, I’ll do that tonight after I get home from work
I did not see any errors in the logs but I can make them available tonight after I try with the cloud off
5. Past blue prints if they are pasted in only show up as a wire frame it’s like the flies are not complete
