JumpForce Bug

I was creating a mod that increases character speed and jump height when I found that the JumpForce was bugged. It would allow me to jump with the modded jump force for the first time on loading into the game but after that it would revert back to default. I was directed here to make a bug report.
I attached a clip of what it was doing + the .sbc files of the values I put in.
I have the same bug
