The problem with the game

Good afternoon, trouble has happened. When I tried to log into the game (via Steam), an error popped up saying that a crash had occurred and the game was urgently closed. After that, I checked the game's files, and it worked, but all the saves and drawings were gone. What to do?

Could you please provide more details about the error? If possible, share the exact error message or a screenshot of it.

Additionally, when you say that all your things (saves, blueprints, etc.) are gone, could you clarify what exactly is missing? If possible, please provide a screenshot or any other way to show what’s missing and highlight the affected areas. Also, can you check if you have the correct in-game settings? For example, try enabling or disabling the Steam Cloud to see if that helps. Eventually, you might want to check your local folders, if the saves and blueprints are still present on your hard drive. To check, please navigate to: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers. These should be all local folders associated with the game, including your saves and blueprints. You can get there by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to this hidden Roaming folder.

Also, is the game currently working for you after verifying the files? Are you able to play it normally without any issues, like starting a new game, saving, and loading a game? Or what exactly is the problem now?

Lastly, if you are still experiencing any problem, it would be very helpful if you could send us a log file from the game. These can be also found in the Roaming folder as described above.

This will help us investigate the issue further.

At the moment, the game is working fine, there are only 3 drawings left in the local files, there are no saved worlds, the items remain. I always have Steam cloud enabled. After checking the files, I lost all the graphics, sound, etc. settings. You also indicated that you need to download the game log. What exactly is the name of this file and can you specify the exact path to it? I can't take a screenshot of the error because it doesn't appear after checking the files. I've been sending a bug report (sergio93@inbox.ru ). There's only one problem right now, the saved worlds and blueprints are missing
