Blueprint not save

Wiktor Borzyszkowski shared this bug 8 months ago
Duplicate

Hello

After pressing CTRL+B, it does not save the new blueprint, only the image itself in the cloud file without BP data. Reinstalling the game, validating files and removing mods did not bring any changes.

Hello Wiktor,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing.

From your description, it seems that your Cloud storage might be full, preventing you from saving additional Blueprints.

To resolve this, please follow these steps:

  1. From the Main Menu in the game.
  2. Select Options, then Game.
  3. Locate the Enable Cloud option and uncheck the box.
  4. Click OK to save the settings. Your new blueprints will now be saved locally on your device.

Alternatively, if you prefer to keep Cloud enabled, you can free up some Cloud space by deleting old or unused blueprints from the Cloud storage. You can do this from the Blueprint screen (F10). This should clear enough space in your cloud storage to allow you to create/update blueprints as needed.

Kind Regards,

Hello Wiktor,

Thank you for your reply.

We’re aware of the issue where players are unable to save blueprints to the Cloud despite having available storage space. We're currently investigating this issue internally here on this thread;

https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers/pc/topic/44721

However if you prefer not to save blueprints locally, you can publish your blueprints from the Cloud to Mod.io or the Steam Workshop, and then delete them from the Cloud to free up space for new uploads. When publishing to these platforms, you can set the blueprints to private, ensuring that only you can access them. For detailed instructions, please visit this page and refer to the "How to Share Blueprints" section.

We will update the above shared thread as soon as we have more information from our internal testing. We kindly ask you to follow the thread for any new updates, comments, or potential fixes.

Since we are already aware of this issue, we will be closing this thread as a 'Duplicate' for now.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind Regards,

Keen Software House: QA Department
